Our laboratory is responsible for all aspects of image analysis in this
large multi-site neuroimaging study investigating the effects of
post-menopausal treatment with estrogen and progestin on the brain.
Patterns of brain atrophy and vascular lesion distribution are measured
using highly automated segmentation (link to lesion segmentation page)
and registration methods (link to registration page). A total of 14
sites and 1,450 women participate in this study
